Terms of Trading

1. Cancelled/Returned Orders: There will be a handling charge of £25.00 for ALL & ANY cancelled orders. Any orders that have been processed & refused delivery will be charged a £25.00 handling & re-stocking fee.

2. Exchanges/Refunds/Credit Notes: Please note we DO NOT exchange ‘Smiley Signs’ for any other design of the same or for any other of our products. Exchanges, refunds or credit notes will only be given when goods are damaged on arrival, broken, marked or arrived in an unsaleable condition. All sales are final.

3. Carriage: All orders over £100.00 will be FREE of all carriage costs. ALL orders less than £100.00 will be charged at the standard rate. Our apologies but some areas of the UK and ALL overseas orders will be charged the shipping fees.

4. Privacy: We will never sell or share your details with third parties unless directed to do so under UK law. Credit/debit card details are not stored on our computers.

5. Payments: must be made in Pounds Sterling.

6. Descriptions/Prices: Every effort is made by ourselves to ensure accuracy of the descriptions & prices of our goods. We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders resulting from typographical errors. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
